Good Questions
Why is there no build fee?
The build is part of the yearly fee. Instead of a large build bill and separate hosting and support contracts, you pay once a year for the whole 360: a site that is designed, built, hosted, secured and looked after.
What does “billed yearly” mean?
You pay the yearly fee in one payment at the start of each year. The monthly figure is the same fee divided by twelve, to make plans easier to compare.
What happens when my plan renews?
It renews at the same price each year, plus the yearly upkeep of any add-ons you have added since. If you joined on the founding client rate, you keep that rate for as long as you keep renewing.
Who owns my site?
Your domain, your words, your images and your data are always yours. The site itself is licensed to you while your plan is active. If you would like to take it elsewhere, you can buy it outright for one year of your plan at its standard price, and we hand over the code.
What if I stop renewing?
Your site stays up until the end of the year you have paid for. We then hand back your content and data, and your domain stays in your name.
What counts as a page?
One distinct page of your site, such as Home, About, a service or Contact. Spark covers up to seven. If you need more, we price the extra pages before any work starts.
What does support cover?
Keeping your site online, secure and working, fixing anything that breaks, and up to 2 hours a month of small changes such as text, images and details. New pages or new features are always quoted before any work starts.
How long until my site is live?
Spark is usually live in 2 to 3 weeks and Stack in 3 to 5, from when we have your brief and content. Blueprint timelines are set in the scoping session.
Who supplies the content?
You know your business best, so you supply the content, and we help shape it into pages that read well and work for your visitors.
Is there a minimum term?
Plans run a year at a time. To stop, tell us at least 30 days before your renewal date.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or cheque, within 15 days of the invoice.
Do your prices include VAT?
We are not VAT-registered, so the prices you see are the prices you pay.
Can you work with clients outside Trinidad and Tobago?
Yes. Ask us for pricing in US dollars.
