Gio Ruiz

Giovanna Ruiz helps families in Trinidad and Tobago protect their future with US-dollar life insurance and international medical coverage. Her clients come to her through trust and conversation, but online there was nowhere to send them: no place that explained why US-dollar policies matter, and no simple way to book time with her. Insurance is also a subject people find confusing and a little intimidating, so the site had to feel like talking to Giovanna herself: clear, warm and free of jargon.

We built a personal site around her own voice, in warm browns, golds and cream. A landing page introduces Giovanna, and the main site walks visitors through life insurance, why US dollars, international medical cover and why to work with her, ending in a free consultation. Visitors can book that consultation in a few steps, choosing a time that's actually free; both sides get a calendar invite, and a reminder goes out the day before. Every booking and enquiry lands in her CRM, and a private dashboard lets her manage her availability and appointments. An Insights section gives her space to explain the ideas behind the policies in plain language.
